CARBON and ISC Konstanz partner to boost silicon-perovskite efficiency by 30%.
Initial focus on the its 5th gen TOPCon fab, first vertically integrated plant in the EU.
The TOPCon fab aims to reach 30 GW wafers, 20 GW cells, 15 GW PV modules by 2030.
