MNRE has released the second revision of ALMM List-II, adding Websol Energy System Limited as an approved domestic manufacturer. The registration covers P-type bifacial mono PERC cells with a stated annual capacity of 602 MW. These cells are offered in 182.2-mm formats and record 23.16% average efficiency with 7.66 watts output. Their broader performance window ranges from 19.00% to 23.60% efficiency and 6.29 to 7.88 watts. Earlier this year, India had introduced ALMM cut-off dates for both solar cell and module projects.
