Gujrat headquartered KPI Green Energy reported that it has secured orders from Adani Green Energy and Adani Green Energy Six Ltd. The orders covered Balance of System (BoS) supply and onsite services for 534 MW of solar projects at Khavda in Gujarat. The supply scope included manufacturing, procurement, packing, transportation, factory acceptance tests, commissioning spares, mandatory spares, consumables and related materials. The onsite scope covered receipt, storage, installation, testing, commissioning, and associated civil, mechanical and electrical works. It also included handover and performance-guarantee testing. The projects will be executed in phases in accordance with the timelines specified in the respective contracts, as per the company. Additionaly, the KP Group also signed an MoU with the Gujarat government to develop renewable energy projects valued at INR 4,000 crore. The MoU covered an aggregate capacity of about 855 MW. The development followed earlier project activity by KPI Green Energy, including the connection of its 92.15 MW wind–solar hybrid project to the grid, strengthening its execution footprint in Gujarat.
