India based Bondada Engineering, a company that offers EPC services for telecom, has secured an EPC and O&M contract worth INR 391.38 crore (~ $43.53 million) from NTPC Green Energy. The contract covered balance-of-system works for a 300 MW solar PV project in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh.The contract marked Bondada Engineering’s first order from NTPC Green Energy. The scope covered design, engineering, site development, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and three years of operations and maintenance. The company’s EPC order book stood at about 3.3 GW. The project was expected to be executed within 15 months from receipt of the work order. Prior to this NTPC Green Energy order, Bondada Engineering had earlier secured an 810 MW solar EPC contract from RVUNL in Bikaner.
