Alpex Solar Limited, an India-based PV module manufacturer, has secured a new commercial order for the supply of solar modules. The order has been awarded by a domestic leading industry player and has been classified as a commercial contract. The contract is valued at INR 215.20 crore (≈ $23.67 million), excluding GST. The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations. According to the filing, the order is required to be executed within a six-month period. The company has stated that the transaction does not involve any promoter or promoter-group interest and does not fall within related-party transactions. Recently, Alpex Solar has upgraded its Kosi Kotwan line to a 2.2 GW G12R TOPCon cell facility.
