Hioki E.E. Corporation, headquarted in Japan, has unveiled the IR5051 High Voltage Insulation Tester. IR5051 is capable of measuring insulation resistance up to 10 TΩ. This tester features PV insulation resistance measurement function that allows for efficient testing during power generation, even in daylight.The IR5051 meets CAT III 2000 V and CAT IV 1000 V safety standards and aims to improve maintenance efficiency and safety in electrical equipment.Additionally, alongside the IR5051, Hiokihas introduced the IR5050 High Voltage Insulation Tester, tailored for high-voltage solar power generation facilities operating at 1,500 and 2,000 V.
