Switzerland headquartered GoldenPeaks Capital (GPC) and China National Building Material Group Corporation (CNBM) are expanding their partnership with the goal of developing a 1GW annual solar project pipeline across Europe, specifically targeting new markets in Germany, Italy, and Greece. The expansion builds on a five-year partnership. Under the new agreement, CNBM, through its subsidiary Triumph Science & Technology Group, will support GPC as the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor. GPC currently manages 800 MW of renewable energy projects and has 1.4 GW in the development pipeline. The first 1GW of new projects is expected to begin construction in 2025, with an additional 2.5 GW planned for 2026 and 2027.
