Glentra Capital has acquired a majority stake in Third Pillar Solar Renewables LLC, a key player in FPV projects across the US. Led by Jaimeet Gulati, Third Pillar boasts a skilled team focused on projects ranging from 3 to 200 MW on unused water bodies. The collaboration aims to leverage Glentra's expertise in PV development to scale Third Pillar's operations in the US. Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe acted as the legal counsel for the acquisition, and the investment was made on behalf of Glentra Fund I K/S, Glentra’s first fund.
