Founder Group Limited (FGL), an EPCC provider for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems in Malaysia, announced that its subsidiary, Founder Energy Sdn Bhd, has secured a $3.8 million contract to design, install, and commission an on-site solar power system for a Malaysian higher education institution. This project, set to be completed within nine months, underscores FGL’s EPCC capabilities in the renewable energy sector. The initiative aligns with Malaysia’s National Energy Policy, which targets an increase in renewable energy capacity from 25% to 70% by 2050. FGL aims to support this transition by expanding its range of solar projects across Southeast Asia to meet growing regional energy needs and advance sustainable energy solutions.
