Exus, BNZ partner on Spanish solar projects

US based Exus Renewables, a leading renewables asset manager, has partnered with Spain based BNZ, an independent power producer, to manage 11 PV projects and one holding company in Spain, totaling 350 MW. The commercial operation dates (CODs) are between May 2024 and June 2025. Exus will oversee all operational aspects, including maintenance and performance monitoring, to maximize energy production. According to Exus, its in-house team will provide BNZ access to BlueSky, a custom solar optimization tool, ensuring comprehensive oversight and performance benchmarking. Before COD, Exus will manage financial planning and reporting to ensure all projects are financially sound. Exus claims rigorous project oversight and robust risk management practices will optimize revenues and maintain long-term stability, adhering to high ESG standards.
