European Energy, a renewable energy developer, has begun construction on its first operating project in Australia, a 56 MW Mokoan solar farm in Victoria. Upon completion, the 94-hectare grazing site will generate enough renewable energy to power over 15,000 households and reduce carbon emissions by more than 85,000 tons annually. Approved by local authorities, the project construction is anticipated to finish in 2025 and has secured financing through a green loan facility from NORD/LB Singapore Branch.
