ENGIE North America secured over USD 1bn in Tax Equity financing from J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, and BNP Paribas for a 1.3 GW renewable portfolio across ERCOT, MISO, and SPP. The projects, featuring 950 MW solar and 353 MW wind capacity, mark one of ENGIE’s largest Tax Equity arrangements. ENGIE, a net zero energy transition leader, operates 7 GW of renewables in the U.S. and Canada. Globally, ENGIE aims to add 4 GW annually by 2025, with North America playing a significant role in this growth.
