Nomura Securities International Inc. served as the initial lead arranger, with Aozora Bank acting as the lead arranger/agent. Located in Aomori Prefecture, the plant fulfills 11% of Aomori City's residential energy requirements using bifacial solar panels in snowy climates. The project is expected to annually generate over 75 GWh of clean energy, offsetting 35,000 tons of CO2 emissions. This project adds to Enfinity's 250 MW solar PV portfolio in Japan, reinforcing its industry standing.
