Colombia-headquarterd Enel Colombia’s 370 MW Guayepo I&II solar park in Atlantico commenced commercial operations.Spanning 1,110 hectares with 820,600 panels, the park generated 1,030 GWh annually, sufficient to power 1.5 million people. With Guayepo I&II, Enel’s solar capacity in Colombia reached 700 MW, representing over 30% of the country’s solar energy. The project created 3,000 jobs and partnered with Bavaria for clean energy supply under a 15-year PPA.
