CSI Solar (Canadian Solar Inc.) is partnering with Sol Systems to boost solar panel production and supply in the US. CSI’s recently opened Texas factory will be supplying Sol Systems with solar panels. The agreement involves Canadian Solar’s latest high-efficiency TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) modules. These panels will be used in Sol Systems’ upcoming solar projects across the US between 2024 and 2025. Sol Systems will receive high-efficiency TOPBiHiKu7 solar modules. These TOPCon bifacial modules come in two cell configurations (132 and 120 cells) with a maximum output of 715 and an efficiency of 23%.
