Hoymiles, a global MLPE company based in Hangzhou, China, has joined Viet Nam’s BSS4VN (Balcony Solar Systems for Viet Nam) project. The initiative was launched in Ho Chi Minh City. It brings simple, plug-and-play solar systems for balconies. The idea is based on similar projects in Germany. It helps households make their own electricity without needing expert help. A pilot phase will install up to 100 balcony solar systems across the city. The first installations are planned at Diamond Lotus Riverside, developed by Phuc Khang Mitsubishi Corporation Holding (PKMC). All systems in the pilot use Hoymiles microinverters to ensure quick installation, safe operation, and efficient performance. Hoymiles also demonstrated its microinverters during the launch event, highlighting their role in making solar energy accessible for urban homes.Hoymiles has also introduced a hybrid inverter designed for efficient solar generation and backup power, complementing its balcony solar solutions in Viet Nam.
