Avalon ST, a Swiss developer specializing in LED-based solar simulation, has acquired xenon-based PV metrology provider PASAN SA in early 2025. The two firms jointly showcased their integrated technologies for the first time at the 18th SNEC exhibition. The event took place from June 11 to 13 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Exhibiting at Booth E350 in Hall 2.1H, they debuted a unified platform that combined Avalon’s LED systems with PASAN’s xenon simulators. The platform was designed for applications in production lines, laboratories, and on-site diagnostics. Their joint presence at the event drew technical engagement across sectors. The collaboration aimed to deliver enhanced testing accuracy, broader performance coverage, and integrated service support through a consolidated brand presence.
