CGN New Energy signs RMB 1.25B PV module deal

CGN New Energy signs a contract to buy PV modules from Ganjing Garden subsidiary.
CGN New Energy to purchase RMB 1.25B worth of modules from Guosheng New Energy.
Purchase price is an adjustable unit price.
Final settlement price is based on the cumulative amount of actually executed orders.
Ganjing Garden terminated its capital raise program in August 2023.
