The collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of solar and storage technologies within the commercial and industrial (C&I) real estate sector across the US. By leveraging Cushman & Wakefield’s extensive industry network and expertise, Catalyze intends to boost operational income, reduce utility expenses, and advance ESG objectives, contributing to grid stability. The partnership will enable them to identify and secure new opportunities for renewable energy installations. The integration of solar and storage solutions is expected to enhance Net Operating Income (NOI) through additional lease and rental revenues generated from installation areas.
