Zelestra, a Virginia-based renewable energy developer, has closed $60 million in US tax equity with Stonehenge Capital for the 81 MWdc Jasper County Solar project in Indiana. The project is expected to enter full operation in Q4 2025 under a long-term environmental attributes agreement with Meta. Zelestra previously raised $113 million in project debt from Banco Santander in April 2025. Zelestra’s US portfolio exceeds 10 GW within a 32 GW global pipeline supported by EQT, which manages more than €266 billion (~ $308 billion).
