China-based solar PV module manufacturer TCL Solar has signed distribution agreements with AU Solar and Madina Solar in Suzhou. AU Solar is set to deliver 150 MW, while Madina Solar will supply 100 MW in 2025. These firms are now TCL Solar’s official distributors in Pakistan. The partnership brings TCL’s global expertise to Pakistan’s growing solar market. AU Solar focuses on agricultural use, while Madina Solar serves residential and commercial sectors. Their networks span key regions including Lahore and Karachi. Pakistan aiming to reach 5 GW of solar power by the end of 2025. The government also targets 60% of electricity from renewables by 2030. Some areas in Pakistan get over 3,000 hours of sunlight each year. The 250 MW deal supports energy access, industrial growth and reduced fossil fuel reliance.Prior to this, TCL Solar unveiled its BC and TOPCon modules during the SNEC 2025 event, underscoring its technological roadmap.
