China-based solar PV module manufacturer TCL Solar launched its new TOPCon and BC modules at the SNEC PV+ 2025 expo in Shanghai. The TOPCon modules displayed in the event feature a peak power of 750W at 24.14% efficiency, while the BC modules achieved 680W and 25.2% efficiency through the use of improved passivation and metallization. In addition, the company launched lightweight and anti-dust shingled modules tailored for distributed solar applications. Its BC modules received global certification from TÜV Rheinland, while China’s first dual low-temperature certification confirmed power loss remained below 0.5% at -40°C. According to TCL Solar, the BC modules feature a -0.26%/°C temperature coefficient, 0.35% annual degradation rate, and improved shading tolerance. Certifications in Japan, the UK, Colombia, and Dubai further support its “certification + localization” strategy. recently, TCL SunPower Global has showcasednewmodule and inverter at Intersolar Europe 2025.
