Qair, an independent renewable energy company, has commissioned a 30 MW photovoltaic plant in Rokietnica, Poland, featuring Optimum Tracker technology to improve energy output. It was the company’s third-largest solar project in the country and added to its 500 MW installed capacity in Poland. The plant was developed on land owned by the Poznań University of Life Sciences and was intended to serve as a research and education site. It was backed by a corporate Power Purchase Agreement. Qair had over 1 GW of projects in development across Germany and Romania, aiming for 3 GW globally by 2027. Recently,Qairhas secured 178 MW solar and wind project in Morocco.
