GameChange Solar, an US-based solar tracker manufacturer, has signed an agreement with ACME Greentech Ventures. It will supply its Genius Tracker 1P Single Row system for a 450 MW solar PV plant in Duqm, Oman.The plant is set to power ACME’s green hydrogen and ammonia facility, being developed in phases over 92 square kilometres. Phase 1 of the project is under construction and planned to produce 1 lac tons of green ammonia each year. Later phases are expected to add 71,000 tons of green hydrogen and 4 lac tons of green ammonia per year, with total ammonia output reaching 0.9 million tons annually.
