US-headquartered GameChange Solar, a leading provider of solar trackers, has announced it would double its manufacturing capacity in Saudi Arabia to 6 GW per year. The expansion is set to finish by September 2025 and will support large solar projects using the Genius Tracker™ system. The move aligns with Vision 2030 and local content rules requiring up to 70% sourcing within the Kingdom. The facility is already operational and helps speed up supply for regional projects. The Genius Tracker™, in use for ten years, has over 40 GW deployed across 26 countries. It is designed for desert conditions and offers strong performance, easy installation, and high efficiency. GameChange Solar achieved Level 4 B-BBEE certification in South Africa, recently.
