Thailand-based Constant Energy signed an agreement with Tongwei Solar for high-efficiency module supply across Southeast Asia. The partnership strengthened Constant Energy’s role in working with Chinese manufacturers entering the region. Constant Energy became Tongwei Solar’s first major Southeast Asian client to procure panels at large volume. The portfolio included a 52 MW solar farm in Malaysia under the LSS program. Tongwei Solar said its integrated supply chain offered stable capacity and consistent quality. The company’s Meishan base was described as a recognized automated manufacturing site. Constant Energy said the partnership expanded from initial cooperation in 2023 and continued across Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Both companies stated that the collaboration supported broader regional solar deployment. Recently, Constant Energy expanded its Thai footprint with a 7.7 MW solar acquisition.
