US-headquartered Atlas Renewable Energy, a global renewable energy generation company, has signed a power purchase agreement in Brazil to supply 24 MW of solar energy to Chlorum Solutions, a pioneer in sustainable and innovative solutions. The agreement covered a large portion of Chlorum’s electricity demand. Atlas supplied the energy from its Draco Solar Complex in Minas Gerais, which had a total capacity of 579 MW and an annual output of 1.152 GWh. The complex also provided energy to V.tal and Rede Primavera Saúde. Chlorum maintained its zero-carbon energy mix with this deal. Both companies described the agreement as aligned with operational needs and environmental goals.Atlas Renewable Energy also extended its solar supply partnership with Dow, sourcing power from the 358 MW Casablanca complex in Bahia for its Brazil operations.
