Cero Generation, with UK partner Enso Energy, has secured nearly GBP200 million (~$ 268.76 million) financing for three co-located solar and battery storage projects. The financing was provided by ING, NordLB, Rabobank, and Santander UK, structured as a Green Loan with EU Taxonomy alignment. The portfolio includes the 115 MW Bramley Project and two additional sites totaling 245 MW. Construction at Bramley is scheduled to begin in Autumn 2025. EDF has been appointed foroptimisation and market services, while LONGi is supplying modules, Sungrow is delivering storage systems, Metlen is EPC contractor, and Omexomis responsible for grid works. Around 80 jobs are expected during the construction phase. Cero Generation has also launched a GBP 50,000 community fund to support local initiatives alongside project delivery.
