Four Twelve Renewables is building a solar facility in Greene Township, Pennsylvania, repurposing brownfield space with 98,000 bifacial solar panels producing 66 million kWh. Operational by late 2023, the facility aims to aid low- and moderate-income households by generating funds through a 15-year PPA. Partnering with Dollar Energy Fund, the project will provide utility assistance grants, supporting over 250,000 households with $75 million over 35 years.
