Bitech Technologies Corporation and Bridgelink Development, LLC are set to merge, securing significant financing for a 5.8 GW utility power pipeline and forming a joint venture for 3.840 GW solar and 1.965 GW BESS projects in Texas, Arizona, and Louisiana, in the U.S. Key elements include a $250 million Share Subscription Agreement, $100 million for a late-stage BESS project, and the sale of Incentive Tax Credits. The business combination involves a $50 million capital infusion, creating two divisions focused on project development and technology solutions. The collaboration aims to accelerate sustainable energy solutions and positively impact the clean energy landscape.
