Aptech Africa’s solar solution lights up Sierra

Aptech Africa has installed a 51.2 kW ground-mounted solar system, comprising 400 Wp Soleil Power Panels and a 102.6 kWh battery bank, along with a monitoring system to detect faults. This initiative illuminated homes, extended study hours for students with solar-powered lights in schools, and enabled health clinics to operate essential medical equipment. Beyond electricity access, it catalyzed economic growth and environmental sustainability by enhancing business efficiency and reducing reliance on fossil fuels in Sierra Leone, according to Aptech.
