India’s AMPIN Energy Transition is a leading renewable energy transition company and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) announced a $300 million agreement to develop 2 GW of renewable energy projects across India. This second partnership builds on their 2021 collaboration, which created a $1.5 billion renewable energy base. The new portfolio will focus on solar, wind, hybrid, and storage technologies, targeting grid-connected projects. Combined, these partnerships are expected to establish a $2.7 to $3 billion renewable asset base, supporting India’s clean energy transition and sustainable growth goals.
