Waaree Solar Americas Inc. is a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has signed a 586 MW solar module supply agreement worth $176 million with a leading US independent power producer. The modules are planned to be produced at Waaree’s Brookshire, Texas facility. Deliveries are scheduled across four projects during fiscal years 2026 and 2027. Production will use domestically sourced components to meet Investment Tax Credit domestic content requirements. It also reflects rising US energy needs driven by AI and industrial growth. Recently, Mumbai-based Waaree Energies topped India’s solar module market with 17.3% share in Q1 2025.
