Treaty Oak Clean Energy, a US-based IPP, has closed financing and begun construction on two Louisiana based PV projects. The Beekman Solar Project in Morehouse Parish and the Hollis Creek PV Project in Sabine Parish sums up to 385 MW of renewable capacity. Financing for Beekman was closed on November 20, 2025, while Hollis Creek was closed on December 19, 2025. The portfolio will provide electricity to Meta Platforms through long-term offtake agreements. Beekman’s PV modules will be supplied by First Solar, with EPC services provided by Blattner Energy and Dashiell. Hollis Creek construction will be handled by Primoris Renewable Energy and Beta Engineering. Commercial operations for both projects are slated for the H1 2027. The financing for both projects had common Coordinating Lead Arrangers, including SMBC, ING Capital, Crédit Agricole CIB, MUFG, and National Australia Bank. Treaty Oak was advised by Latham & Watkins LLP, while lenders were represented by Paul Hastings LLP. Recently, T1 Energy Inc. has signed a three-year 900 MW solar module supply agreement with Treaty Oak Clean Energy.
