US–based solar and battery supply chain developer, T1 Energy Inc., has signed a three-year agreement with Treaty Oak Clean Energy to supply a minimum of 900 MW of solar modules. The modules are planned to incorporate domestically produced solar cells from T1 Energy Inc.’s G2_Austin facility in Texas and are expected to meet FEOC compliance requirements under evolving federal trade and tariff rules. According to T1 Energy Inc., the agreement has addressed growing market demand for traceable, high-performance solar modules with predictable delivery. T1 Energy Inc. currently operates a 5 GW G1_Dallas solar module plant in Texas using TOPCon technology and has begun construction of the first 2.1 GW phase of the G2_Austin solar cell fab.
