Denver-headquartered PureSky Energy, a US community solar developer and operator, has commissioned its 7.3MW (DC) Clover Meadow Solar farm in Claverack, New York. It is developed in partnership with Eden Renewables. The project is fully enrolled in New York’s Expanded Solar for All (ESFA) program, providing power exclusively to Low- to Moderate-Income (LMI) households. The farm uses 13,338 solar panels to generate 10.3 millionkWh annually, which is enough to supply 1,417 homes and is expected to cut 14.9 million pounds of CO₂ emissions each year. Participating households receive monthly bill credits with no rooftop installations or upfront costs. Over 30 years, total savings are projected at $3.4 million. The project contributes to local tax revenue, supports clean energy jobs, includes a pollinator-friendly design, and features Eden’s education initiative. It marks the seventh collaboration between PureSky and Eden. Recently, PureSky also activated 1.8 MW community solar project.
