Boviet Solar Technology Co., Ltd., a Vietnam-based PV module manufacturer, has confirmed uninterrupted manufacturing operations following recent disclosures by its parent company. The clarification follows an announcement from Ningbo Boway Alloy Material Co., Ltd. regarding a strategic review of its PV business as part of a broader portfolio reassessment. Boviet Solar has stated that the parent-level review does not affect its operations or customer commitments, and that manufacturing, workforce activities, quality systems, and warranties remain unchanged as it serves the US utility-scale solar market. The company operates PV cell and PV module manufacturing facilities in Vietnam and a 3 GW PV module assembly facility in North Carolina. It also reported that an adjacent solar cell manufacturing facility in North Carolina is under development, with construction work initiated in late 2025. Recently, Boviet Solar has structured its PV cell portfolio by introducing Galaxion and Altarion to separate innovation-led efficiency gains from proven platforms.
