EDP Renewables North America has launched the 100 MW Riverstart III Solar Park in Randolph County, Indiana. Riverstart III powered over 19,200 homes and created over 350 construction jobs. Local governments were expected to receive $32.8 million in taxes, while $2.9 million would be spent locally. Landowners earned $28 million through leases.
