China based AIKO, a leader in N-type back contact (BC) technology, demonstrateda high energy yield in a recent outdoor test at Pebblex Solar Lab in Madrid, Spain. According to the company (again company), its ABC modules achieved a 14.7% ihigher energy yield per square meter compared to other well-known brands, demonstrating superior efficiency, power density, and lower degradation rates. The test, conducted from October 30 to November 5, 2023, basically a week, highlighted the modules' optimal performance even in high-temperature conditions, with a 0.3% performance gain over TOPCon modules when the temperature increased by 10℃. AIKO's modules also demonstrated a 6-10% higher power output and promise long-lasting performance with a guarantee above 88.75% after 30 years.
