Aiko Solar has partnered with HDG Technik GmbH to supply over 23.9% efficient ABC modules for a 120 MW ground-mounted solar power plant in Bavaria, Germany. This project is anticipated to be Germany’s largest ground-mounted solar installation in 2024, with installation commencing in September and grid connection by mid-2025. According to the company, HDG Technik’s testing highlighted the ABC modules’ high-power output and shading performance. Aiko claims that these modules also offer a 2% reduction in the levelized cost of electricity and a 10% increase in power output, providing significant economic benefits.
