China-based solar tracker manufacturer Arctech showcased four new products at the Renewable Energy India Expo (REI) in Greater Noida. The company introduced the 1P SkyLine II tracker, the 1P dual-row SkyWings tracker, an Intelligent PV Cleaning Robot, and a polymer-based solar module frame. According to Arctech, the Intelligent PV Cleaning Robot reduces weight by 30%, integrates with solar trackers, and features a low-noise, maintenance-free drive system. The robot uses AI to optimize its cleaning path and withstands winds up to 50 m/s. Arctech claims its SkyLine II and SkyWings trackers enhance energy output and reduce LCOE, with SkyLine II adapting to rough terrain and SkyWings providing stability in arid environments. Arctech claims its polymer frame prevents Potential Induced Degradation, ensuring durability.
