According to Catalyst Power, this acquisition will strengthen its presence in Putnam and Westchester Counties. As per Catalyst Power, the acquisition enhances its ability to deliver energy solutions to a broader range of customers. Backed by BP Energy Partners, Catalyst Power sees this move as pivotal in expanding its retail energy market presence.
