Buskowitz Energy Inc., a Philippines-based commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop solar company, has secured investment agreements from the APAC Sustainable Infrastructure Fund (A-SIF). Managed by Germany’s PATRIZIA SE and Japan’s Mitsui & Co., A-SIF plans to invest up to $100 million in Buskowitz. According to Buskowitz, this capital boost will accelerate its 500 MW solar project pipeline across the Philippines. The company previously obtained a $36 million finance facility from the Asian Development Bank and Philippine National Bank. Buskowitz, founded in 2016, has led C&I renewable energy projects, including the 3.2 MW installation at SM City Santa Rosa, the largest rooftop solar system in a commercial mall in the country said Buskowitz Energy.
