DYCM Power plans 2 GW solar manufacturing facility in US

DYCM Power, LLC, a joint venture between US-based Das & Co., LLC and APC Holdings, LLC, in partnership with Australia-based Macquarie Capital, has announced plans for an $800 million solar cell and module manufacturing facility in the US. According to DYCM Power, the plant will have an annual production capacity of 2 GW, with potential expansion to 6 GW. The company plans to utilize advanced TOPCon technology and expects production by mid-2026. DYCM Power has signed a supply agreement with a US-based polysilicon provider and an MOU with a major North American glass manufacturer. DYCM Power claims the modules will meet domestic content standards and provide full supply chain traceability. US-based Mortenson will oversee construction of the project, and France-based ECM Greentech Engineering will supply turnkey equipment.
