Global PV tracker shipments grew by 28% in 2023, reaching 92 GWdc, driven by strong utility-scale solar growth worldwide, according to Wood Mackenzie. The top ten vendors captured 90% of the market share. Nextracker and Array Technologies maintained their lead, followed by GameChange Solar at #3. Nextracker saw 20% growth, while GameChange achieved 55% growth. The US, the largest market, had a 10% YoY increase to over 37 GWdc, spurred by the Inflation Reduction Act. Spain led the European market, with PVH ranking first in shipments. In China, demand for trackers fell to 4.3 GWdc, favoring fixed-tilt products.
