Greenskies completes a sub-MW rooftop solar project at Belvedere

US based Greenskies has completed a 575 kW roof mount solar system at Belvedere Place, a Class A office complex in Mill Valley, California. The system, comprising over 1,000 solar panels, will meet 95% of the building’s electricity demand, providing tenants with a 10% discount rate . GTIS Partners and Graham Street Realty, the owners, aimed to offer green power and reduce emissions through partnerships with SolarKal and Greenskies Clean Focus. SolarKal analyzed the portfolio and selected Belvedere Place for development, while Greenskies was chosen as the preferred provider due to local expertise. Greenskies will operate the site under a 25-year PPA, providing ongoing operation and maintenance.
