BELECTRIC secures 135 MWp solar power plant in Denmark

BELECTRIC, part of the Elevion Group, has been awarded a contract to construct a large-scale solar farm in Denmark. The 135-MWp solar power plant, commissioned by NRGi Renewables, will be situated near Aarhus and will cover an area equivalent to 175 football fields. Located southeast of Kolind near Aarhus, the solar plant will feature over 220,000 modules and is set to start operating in April 2025. According to the company, this installation will provide enough solar energy to meet the annual electricity needs of more than 30,000 households.
