Solis’ inverter certified for offshore

Ginlong (Solis) Technologies, the world’s third-largest PV inverter manufacturer, announced at the SNEC exhibition that its 30 kW inverter supports an offshore photovoltaic project. This follows the establishment of the Offshore Photovoltaic Verification Base, a joint venture between the National Solar Photovoltaic Quality Inspection Centre (CPVT) and CIMC Jiguang. Solis is among the first to achieve offshore verification, setting new standards in waterproof sealing, corrosion resistance, and mechanical performance to combat challenges like storms, waves, and high humidity. Additionally, at the CPVT booth, a certification ceremony was held for Solis’ S6-PCS100K-M energy storage inverter, known for its 98.5% efficiency and stable operation in harsh environments, suitable for a wide range of integrated energy storage cabinets.
