X-ELIO, a global leader in renewable energy, plans to invest €250 million in new photovoltaic projects across the Valencian Community. According to the company, key projects include Turroneros I and II, adding 50 MW of capacity, with an additional 283 MW in development. The company focuses on innovative storage solutions and offers educational tours at its Xixona plants. X-ELIO has already completed 50 MW of solar capacity in the region. The company is also installing solar streetlights near Castle roads and supporting local sports teams in Villena. Furthermore, X-ELIO collaborates on the ‘Smart Hives’ initiative with IES Navarro Santafé, emphasizing environment, education, health, and community support as part of its ‘Sustainable Communities’ Plan.
