Shoals Technologies Group, a provider of EBOS solutions for solar, storage, and EV charging, reaffirmed its commitment to defending its U.S. Patent No. 10,553,739 (‘739) and U.S. Patent No. 11,689,153 (‘153) against Voltage, LLC, following an ITC ruling removing one patent (‘739) from the upcoming hearing. Previously, Voltage was accused of infringing key patent ‘153 related to Shoals’ BLA technology. The evidentiary hearing is set for March 18. The ruling doesn’t affect Shoals’ district court cases against Voltage and Hikam. Shoals also received Notices of Allowance for two patent applications related to its BLA technology, which will be assessed for infringement by Voltage upon issuance.
